Do you have leaking taps at home? Most people do. Have you thought about about fixing it yourself? Some people do, for a variety of reasons, mainly to save money.
In the majority of cases all that is required is a replacement washer and possibly an 'O' ring.
I am currently in the process of creating an online/downloadable course for DIY'ers to gain knowledge and confidence to tackle simple plumbing tasks around the house. The course will be full of hints , tricks and tips that I have learn't in my 15years in the plumbing industry. For more information stay tuned to this blog in the coming weeks.

Work and Travel
Due to a number of reasons I am now living on the road. A brief job plumbing on a remote station in the North West of Australia has given me an insight into a new way of life. I have loaded up my family and tools and set of in search of work and goodtimes throughout our vast country.
Before I left home their was a noticeable slow down in the building game, particularly in the housing sector. So with not much work on, I headed to Wallal Station 400km south of Broome for a few weeks work. I earn't the best money I had in a long time, and gained a valuable insight also. I had wanted to set off and travel the country for a long time, but had always thought you needed to save a very large amount of money to pay for the round trip. It never occurred to me that my trade was all I needed. You can earn good money whilst travelling and you can save by living simply in a caravan, but the best part about working on the road is the people you meet, and contacts you make. This makes for a much more enriched travelling experience than that of the normal tourist type, sight seeing holiday. Not to mention the fact that I'm writing this while sitting under a palm tree in sunny Broome, Western Australia.

Hello and Welcome
Hi, Scott Moore here. I have just started my own plumbing company, Naturaline Plumbing. This new company will be primarily focused on the sustainable and eco-friendly aspects of plumbing with strong emphasis on water saving , waste water treatment and recycling, and energy efficient heating of water and the home. Although I am based in the south west of western australia, my services can still be far reaching through my regular informative posts that will provide valued information on a variety of plumbing related topics.
